ALA 2009: Chicago
I just got the latest issue of American Libraries in the mail the other day, with the preliminary program for ALA 2009. Who all is planning on going? I figure the Wisconsin contingent should be well represented.
I've been saving my pennies and I think I'll be able to make the trip, as long as I can find a decent flight. I've got plenty of vacation time coming to me.

I should be there for one day--driving down and then back again. Not sure what day yet or any specifics.
I won't be there. I'm an awful librarian and planned to get hitched during ALA!
Are you sure you don't want to get married at ALA? One of my friends works for Jim Rettig at the University of Richmond, so maybe she could arrange to have him give you away.
