Brilliant... but not-so-DIY
Since I am completely useless when it comes to DIY (hello, did you see me on stitch-n-bitch night?), I bring you what seems like the largest costume website on the internet courtesy of a strange woman named marylen. The costumes are wacky (my favorite are the food related costumes but the "predatory birds" page is also full of laughs) and the models are straight out of the 70s and look slightly intoxicated as well. Full o' fabulous ready-to-wear fun!

I like how the people in the costumes have their hands up in what looks like surrender: "Ok, ok, you've got the picture. Can I please take this off now?"
Salt Water Taffy looks like she's about to get hit by a car.
Did anybody else notice the "index guide chock-full-o-costuming succor for your delight and convenience." Is that correct usage of the word "succor"?
That sentence rubs me the wrong way as does the ginger bread boy costume. Imagine waking up in the middle of the night with him standing over your bed.
I hate birds!
