Photo Contest- Entry #1

I used my old-fangled film camera for pictures of last weekend's camping trip so I have nothing to share from the woods just yet. But! Deborah and I went on a mini-vacation to Woodman's last Friday afternoon in preparation for the camping adventure and I happened to have my digital camera in my purse. We were truly roughing it with our 5 bags of groceries and 10 zillion cans of beer...

Aw, I think I just got burned!
Nothin' but love!! The look on your face in that shot is great, and provides many fun captioning possibilities.
ahh the chips. oh and by the way deborah, what the hell were you saying when you called me on saturday night? :) i listened to the message about 3 times and all i hear is lots of whispering and giggling.
Oh yeah! I forgot about that phone call. I had about twenty hundred beers by 11:30, when the park ranger paid our campsite a not-so-friendly visit--we got shushed by the DNR! So I tried to call you and keep you updated on the trip but I had to be quiet and couldn't stop laughing. My bad!
The irony of 8 librarians (and one software developer) getting SHUSHED in the middle of the woods was too much for us to handle at that particular moment. Hours of muffled giggling followed the shushing.
That is hilarious. Good for you guys, launching the new face of librarianship: the shushees, rather than the shushers. I like that.
Ahhh, I see. Well, I'm glad I got the update in hushed giggles. We will definitely have to go again--I love getting yelled about by authority figures :)
My caption for this would be "Deb is all that, AND a bag of chips."
Are you holding that bag in your mouth, or is that just the angle?
I'm so glad to see that Deborah, in spite of her higher education, continues to CHEW ON EVERYTHING WITHIN TOOTH REACH. I'm sure all of you ladies would appreciate pictures of her chewing on her steering wheel, her mitten, her sleeve, our friend Luke....
