I'm in shape - round is a shape - NOT!
I don't suppose there's somebody out there that feels like having a workout buddy. I can do mornings before 8:30 or anytime after 5:30. Summer hasn't been good to my waistline so far and I would like to fix that before it get's out of hand. I'm willing to do any kind of workout you like. PLEASE!!! I need you.

I'm up for heading to the SERF after work (I get out at 5:00) to use the cardio machines or doing some cycling outdoors if anyone else is interested. I'm going to ALA, but I'll be back by Tuesday if anyone wants to catch up next week!
Word! I need to work off all of the beer I consumed in Prague and Munich...hey, when it's cheaper than the water, what can you do?
The SERF has Powerflow (yoga and pilates combined) on Monday and Wednesday evenings, I think. I will probably start hitting those up next week or maybe even as soon as tomorrow.
I'm not a great morning worker-outer, but let me know and I may try to join the AM club.
I am also up for outdoor powerwalking anytime (after 5:30 pm is better than morning)
I could also be up for the evening powerwalk. Dumblings + Pivo x 3weeks = not pretty.
Unfortunately, the kick-ass step class I had been attending is only offered while I work this summer but if anyone likes step, they should check out the Monday night class at the Nat.
Me too! I've found I am very undisciplined if I don't have someone else to work out with. Monday-Thursday evenings after 5:30 are good for me.
Monday evenings would be great... walking (please no running) or powerflow (which sounds terribly painful) or SERF. I need to do something about my waistline...
Oh and by Monday evenings, I mean any evening after 5pm (seriously what is my problem :))
Ok, I am going to Cardio tomorrow for real. The class is at 5:45 at the SERF. Anyone want to join?
Yea evening power walks! If I workout in the heat of day I develop a lobster-like hue that leads me to obsess about rosacea and abandon my proto-healthy life-style. Seriously. just let me know when and where and I’m ready to strut!
Ok, so it sounds like most everyone is up for a powerwalk sometime between Mon-Thurs possibly followed up by PowerFlow at 7:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays and then if anybody wanted to do more we could plan it during those walks. I've always liked the path around lake Monona but does that work for people? do you know anywhere better?
Oh, and I suggest we start next week Monday.
I need to reduce my waistline as well. It's either that or get stuck buying a whole new professional wardrobe when I graduate.
I'm up for walking, and I've been wanting to try the pool at SERF too. There's also the new city pool, which has evening hours.
