DUDES! WTF? Why has the fashion industry forsaken us? Have you been reading the Fuggers on Fashion Week via the New Magazine website? First of all, it wasn't just a rumor, skinny jeans have taken over the Gap AND CAMPUS (I'm not even going to MENTION leggings--leggings with nothing over the top!--because they make me nauseous). And now fashion designers are serving up high waists come spring. Check out the UGLY photos via the link and the UGLY photo of ScarJo below. SERIOUSLY why do designers want everyone to wear MOM JEANS? Why do they have to be such HATERS? This may sound kind of bizarre, but I think they want every woman to look like a stereotype of a middle-aged librarian! Nooooooooooo!

Good, good point, D. I've been thinking the same things. Everywhere I look, such as that sick ass photo of ScarJo, I see a serious lack of creativity in fashion. These styles were popular decades ago, as the Audrey Hepburn campaign for Gap's skinny jeans illustrate.
Why can't we come up with fresh styles ? Why continue recycling styles from the 50s, 80s, etc, esp. since most of which are NOT flattering and ugly? Keep the skinny jeans back in the past where they belong & give the 80s back their ugly leggings! Give the people of the 21st Century something new!

You make a trillion dollars for each monstrosity you star in (The Island). I know you can afford one black bra.
Okay, on to more important matters. The, er, person in the headband is a dude? Shut up ! And check out the facial expressions on the guys behind him. They are not amused.
At least we don't have to look at anyone's thong and/or buttcrack thanks to the high waist nonsense. I consider that a small victory.
You know, I think I still have a pair of jeans almost exactly like that, somewhere in the bottom of my dresser.
Heck, I even have a white bra and a black tank top...I just never thought to wear them together. I guess that's why Miss Scarlett's the big glamor icon and not me.
That pic makes me feel better about having wide hips...maybe big butts are in for spring?
