The one use of cheese curds Wisconsinites haven't considered?

Have you guys ever heard of Poutine? Part of me is repulsed, but another part of me oddly, disgustingly intrigued.

Wow, I think this is the first time I've ever not wanted to eat a cheese curd.

I do believe it's the gravy... or perhaps the canned peas hanging out on top. I hate canned peas.

Or perhaps it's just cause I'm unbelievably hungover. Yeah, that's probably it.

My Quebecois friends are NUTS about poutine. They insist, no matter how many times I refuse, that if I come to visit them, we will eat poutine every day.

Ick.

As weird as that sounds, I could see myself enjoying that (sans peas, though). Gravy, curds and fries don't sound so scary to me. Added veggies maybe a little scarier.
Ooo -- I'll bet it's even better with Ranch dressing! Ranch makes everything better to eat!

Looks like it needs mustard to me.

I'm with Lia, that shit looks GOOD. Especially with a side of ranch. Hells yeah.

Is that chicken? Or tuna? God, that is fascinating!

Looks like some of the gross-looking but great-tasting concoctions I enjoyed regularly in the UK. (At least the ones in poutine aren't MUSHY peas!)
