That is so heartwarming. (har har)
This is exactly the thinking that was going on in the 40s and 50s during Nuclear testing and the Tuskegee Air Men, and don't forget the Kool-Aid Acid Tests of the 60s. About time the current batch of leaders caught on to the excellent practices of the past. God forbid we did anything to the enemy that we wouldn't do to ourselves.
